Throughout my time in learning, I've worked with a variety of different learners - ranging from workers on oil rigs, contact centre employees, bankers, insurance brokers, psychologists and leaders. These people all have something in common - they want their learning to be in context with their environment. What they don't have in common is how they like to learn. With this in mind, I always strive for a blended approach to learning rather than a 'one-size fits all'. Check out some of my creations.
