The eLearning authoring tools I use are Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
This demo is a personal project I created to showcase the use of Articulate Rise.
Brief: I love cooking. I also love learning to master new recipes and trying them out with friends and family. Paella is one one the great sharing dishes of all time, so I want to showcase my recipe for making it. It's certainly not traditional, but it highlights some key tips and techniques so you can make your own.
Creation: The eLearning demo was built in Rise and combines some of my own photography and video production. I did this in Rise so anyone can have their iPad or tablet handy when attempting to cook this magnificent dish.
I contributed the following creations and solutions on this project:
Creation of the course using Articulate Rise.
Storyboard and course flow.
All photography using my Canon 5DMkIII.
Short video sequences caught on camera and edited in Adobe PremierPro.
This demo is a small excerpt from a larger eLearning module I created for AP Psychology & Consulting Services in 2019.
Brief: To increase awareness of the implications of mental health in the workplace.
Creation: The eLearning module formed part of facilitated series of workshops and leadership sessions with various clients.
I contributed the following creations and solutions on this project:
Creation of the eLearning module using Articulate Storyline.
Creation of the slide packs and participant materials for the facilitated workshops.
Contribution to activity-based learning scenarios in the facilitated workshops.
This demo is a small excerpt from a larger eLearning module I created for National Australia Bank in 2017.
Brief: To upskill bankers on how to have conversations with customers about a range of new (at the time) self-service machines.
Creation: The eLearning module formed part of a blended strategy which included a follow-up virtual coaching session for each branch as well as an internal user hub that housed job aids, reference guides and videos.
I contributed the following creations and solutions on this project:
Creation of the eLearning module using Articulate Storyline.
Creation of the job aids and reference guides for the user hub using Microsoft Publisher.
Part of the facilitation team for the virtual Webex coaching sessions.
Contribution to the layout and design of the internal user hub, built in Sharepoint.
This demo is a small excerpt from a larger eLearning module I created for Medibank Private in 2015.
Brief: To recreate a paper-based self-scorable coaching tool within an eLearning module.
Creation: The eLearning module formed part of a blended (online and facilitated) leadership program for people leaders across the Contact Centre and Retail network.
I contributed the following creations and solutions on this project:
Creation of the eLearning module using Articulate Storyline.
Creation of the slide packs and participant materials for the facilitated workshops.
Contribution to activity-based learning scenarios in the facilitated workshops.
This demo is a small drag and drop simulation I created for eLearning Heroes challenge #16 back in 2014.
Brief: To create a custom drag and drop interaction.
Creation: Using Articulate Storyline (this has since been updated to Articulate Storyline 360), I created a drag and drop interaction that could be used as an assessment question.
This interaction has came in handy for a host of online assessments that I've built since then.
This demo is a small excerpt from a larger eLearning module I created for Medibank Private in 2014.
Brief: To create a guided tour eLearn so that learners could easily navigate the new "MyLearning" LMS.
Creation: The eLearning module formed part of a online intranet page where all learners could access the LMS and enrol in training. All colours, fonts and logos were used in accordance with brand guidelines.
This demo is a small part of what was in the original, as some screens contain sensitive information. In this eLearn I contributed:
The scripting and concept of the intro sequence.
Screen simulations and instructions within the eLearn.
End-to-end design and delivery in Articulate Storyline.
